Our goal through this research is to reveal the reality of the translation of scientific terms, and the flaws and turbulence in the unification of the translation process in Arab countries, in order to identify the real problems and obstacles faced by Arab translators in an attempt to find an alternative to the foreign term - which flows in abundance - in the language Classical Arabic. As the intellectuals of these countries are still consuming those coming from the Western world, and the Arab consumer has no interest other than to seek labels for the new concepts, away from a deliberate assimilation of their contents and purposes, the peculiarities of their origin, and the contexts of their use; Those who said: Understanding terminology is half of science, because the term is a term that expresses a concept, and knowledge is a group of concepts that are related to each other in the form of a system. The Arabic language is capable of accommodating the conceptual systems of sciences, arts, and new and constantly evolving technologies, but the speed in the process of translating the Western term - which does not give an opportunity to wait in order to spread in the foreign language in the Arab countries - made Arab translators do not agree among themselves in the process of translating one term Because time does not allow them to meet each time in order to agree on the unification of the translation of these terms, especially since we are living in an era of information flows through the Internet and various social media, but what is worse than this is that the translation of the term has become unified even in the same country, And troubled by a single translator. The study came out with several recommendations, (the necessity of charities directing to digital transformation, working to strengthen the infrastructure for digital transformation, paying more attention to charities by providing the necessary financial support, issuing government legislation necessary for digital transformation to ensure privacy and confidentiality the information).
